These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and by999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the by999 website at https://by999.ws, including all games, betting markets, payment services, promotional offers, and other content made available thereon.

Match betting markets are settled on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or equivalent). No account will be taken of subsequent amendments to the official result for the purposes of bet settlement unless the amendment is made within the standard settlement window of 48 hours.

Crash Games

Crash game results, including Aviator by Spribe, are determined by a certified provably fair random number generation algorithm. • Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards by999 staff or other players through any channel including live chat, email, or social media directed at by999.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by999's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any services provided shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Exclusions of Liability

by999 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
